After more than 45 years of experience within the Greek and Cypriot market, LH group has created long-term relationships and strong partnerships with the key wholesale accounts ranging from smaller boutiques, trend maker concept stores to chains of multi-brand stores and big department stores. At the same time having mapped the market and categorize all kind of doors in the capital, the periphery, small cities, islands and resort locations, LH group constantly researches new, fresh, and upcoming wholesalers to add to its portfolio.

Thus, each brand is signed to a dedicated experienced brand manager with his/her team, that will build the right strategy for the brand’s position within the market based on the brand’s profile, mission, vision, objectives, and global target customer. Working alongside with the brand, LH team frequently reports the progression of the introduction or further expansion of the brand within the market.

Franchise


After building a large chain of stores consisting of 42 multi-brand boutiques in Greece and Cyprus, LH group decided to expand its retail network through Franchising model. Focusing on key locations within the best neighborhoods, Shopping Malls, High Streets and Resorts, the group chose the right location for each brand’s visibility. Thus, the group developed a franchising network of 12 monobrand stores of Polo Ralph Lauren, Vilebrequin, Diane Von Furstenberg, Imaginarium, and Mamas & Papas in a variety of key locations in Greece and Cyprus, such as shopping malls like Golden Hall and Mall, Resort and island locations like Nammos Village in Mykonos, Sani Resort, Astir Resort and Nikki Beach, as well as prestigious neighborhoods such as Kifissia, City Center, Glyfada and many more.

Multibrand Stores


LH group has entered to the retail world with the creation of its first multibrand store back in 1980. At the moment its network has further developed reaching 42 multibrand stores within Greece and Cyprus, becoming one of the largest chain of stores in Europe within premium and luxury fashion sector. The stores started by specializing in kidswear under the name “Lapin House” and “Frattina”, while created a prestigious brand portfolio with brands such as Moncler, Gucci, Ralph Lauren, Givenchy, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Balmain, Lanvin, Boss, Timberland, Diesel, Scotch&Soda, Michael Kors and many more. The stores also carry its private label produced in self-owned factories under the same name of the store, “Lapin House”. Recently, the group developed its network addressing the next generation of millennial consumers with two multibrand boutiques in Athens and Mykonos.

One of the most important parts of the introduction or development, of the brands that LH group has in its portfolio, is “Marketing & PR activities” within the local market. For this reason LH group has invested to an in-house team of marketing and communication professionals that by following each brand’s commercial strategy and stage of life within the market, proposes, creates and implements marketing and communications activities.
